Study: ‘Advanced’ treatment grows at healthy clip

LONDON — The US market for advanced municipal drinking water treatment technologies — defined generally as membrane filtration, ozonation, ultraviolet (UV) disinfection and “novel oxidation processes”— is growing at an average annual rate of 10.7 percent, according to a new study quoted in a May 21 report Newswire Today.
